OPENINGS IN OUR TWO YEAR OLD DAY CARE PROGRAM Friendly Kid's Corner now has spots available in our two year old day care class. Friendly Kids Corner, an off-site program affiliated with Friendly House, is a state licensed child care located at 2619 N Division St, Davenport. It operates from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Contact Sylvia for details.

NEIGHBORHOOD THANKSGIVING MEAL Save the date for an annual tradition! Friendly House will be having our neighborhood Thanksgiving meal on Tuesday, November 23 at 12:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome - participants, neighbors and community members. Dear Friendly House Board of Directors and the Levy Family:
According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, gratitude is defined as "the quality or feeling of being grateful or thankful." Though an accurate definition, I have found that nothing can help me describe how grateful and thankful I am for the help you have given me in my quest for a great college education. Receiving this generous gift from you is such a blessing. It is helping to pay for my tuition next year and make my dreams a reality. I have learned from this past year that every little bit helps in a big way, and the Levy and Ivory/Optimist Scholarships are no exception. I am so grateful and inspired by your generosity to our community.
