Welcome to Melinda's School of Dance!
We are delighted to be entering our 26th year of dance education. Melinda's School of Dance is THE premier training ground for young dancers in North Central Iowa. It is our goal to find the perfect class that fits your childs needs and to nurture their growth throughout their time with us. Our strength lies in knowing how to bring out the very best in YOUR child.

Melinda's School of Dance provides a positive atmosphere where students and parents come first. Dancers and Tumblers with different goals, professional or recreational, and with various levels of achievement are equally welcome. We recognize that not everyone has the ability or wants to dance professionally. For both groups we provide classes at all levels. Our philosophy is to demand of each student, whether or not a dance or tumbling career is planned, the very best effort of which he or she is capable, and to give in return the care and attention the student deserves. All can experience the joy of dance and the benefits of disciplining the mind and body that this art requires. Our primary goal is for the development of our students, their dance and physical education, and the enrichment that comes from taking dance and tumbling. The positive atmosphere builds self-esteem and the love of their art form.
