We smoke our pulled pork, chicken, brisket and ribs fresh in the store every day (none of that trucked in, pre-smoked BBQ will EVER be served in our restaurant), we make our home-style sides from scratch, and bake our fruit cobblers twice a day! We also feature an extensive gluten free menu, mouth watering salads, and even make our chicken tenders right in the store from fresh, never frozen chicken and our special recipe.
