Uncommon Ground was established in 2004. Our goal is to provide high quality, full service landscape, turf and irrigation maintenance. From inception, the founders have been focused on service as the primary product. By providing longer warranties on plant materials, unconditional guarantees on workmanship, and upholding the belief that Uncommon Ground is your partner, not just your contractor, we have been able to keep our commitment to service first.

Since no two projects are alike, Uncommon Ground will customize a plan for each property. We will tour the properties extensively to identify areas of strength and weakness. This practice allows the Uncommon Ground team to understand the needs of the individual property, and to plan for immediate improvement as well as long–term sustainability.

our inspections
During the initial phase of a new contract our management and maintenance teams will be on site. Usage, flow, deficiencies, public safety and consistency of appearance will be documented. As the contract progresses, our grounds management practices will be adjusted to best suit the site.
