Wouldn't it be nice to order printer supplies when you needed them with a couple clicks of the mouse?

Introducing Equipment Manager
Cirrus Imaging is introducing a new feature to our website we like to call Equipment Manager. Now we make it easier then ever to keep all your printers information in one convenient place. Which in turn makes it even easier to order supplies and request repairs for all your printer, personal copiers and fax machines.

Once you find your printer, click on the Add Printer to Equipment List button at the top of the page.
This brings you to the Add equipment form where you can fill in as much or as little information as you like. A descriptive name to help you remember what printer belongs to who. You have the option to relate a location and/or department with the printer to help you sort the printers later and categorize things a little better. You can also enter a descriptive location to help you even further. There is also the option to upload a picture so you can have a record of what the printer looks like and helps us identify the printer when we need to do repairs and maintenance.
Submit the form and that's it. You now have that piece of equipment in your My Equipment list. You can now get to your equipment by clicking on the My Equipment tab on the left or through the My Account link at the top of the page.
From there you can add/edit/delete any of the equipment you have submitted. So now instead of having huge lists of printers that are on other websites, or huge lists of supplies that are in office supply catalogs, you have one location to keep track of all your printers and the supplies that go to those printers.
Finally, once you have your equipment selected, you can go to the quick order page under the My Account/Account Settings link and download the shortcut link available there. This puts a shortcut on your desktop (for windows users) that when double clicked will take you to our quickorder website where your equipment list will be there making it even easier to order. With this link you don't have any websites to remember, no logging in to those websites, and no forms to fill out.
