Ms. Tyler was admitted to the Iowa Bar in 1981. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of Iowa; the United States District Court, Central District of Illinois; the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Tyler has the following academic credentials:

Doctorate of Jurisprudence: University of Iowa Law School - 1981
Masters in Business Administration: University of Iowa - 1987.

Graduate of Jerry Spence's Trial Lawyers' College - 1997. (Membership is on a selection only basis from trial lawyers across the country.)

Tyler & Associates, PC employs two Legal Assistants, each aiding Attorney Tyler on specific cases in the above numerated areas of the practice of law.

Attorney fees are always discussed in the initial consultation with the Attorney. Fees may also be discussed prior to the appointment in a telephone conference with office staff. Depending on the nature of the legal matter, attorney fees may be hourly or on a contingent fee basis.
