We are available 24 hours per day, seven days a week. For those after hour needs you will be able to speak with a live professional and not bother with a paging system. Our healthcare professionals are extremely dedicated and eager to fulfill your staffing needs. Theyre available and willing to work 1/2 shifts or double shifts if the need arises. Nursing On Call also understands that staffing needs cannot always be recognized in advance, so if a short notice staffing need arises, we will do our best to fill those needs as quickly as possible.
Per Diem staffing is a way to fill in for planned staff vacations, adjust for unexpected staff absences, sick call, rising census or any other staffing request you may need. Per Diem and contract staff remain Nursing On Call Inc.'s contractors under our customers direct supervision at the customer site.
Our clients/facilities pay hourly rates; there are no added or hidden personnel fees. No employee taxes and insurances, including FICA, SUTA, FUTA, social security, unemployment insurance, workers compensation insurance. Travel costs are discussed and arrangements are made up front. Longer term programs can be specifically designed to accommodate your needs.
