BCI is a company that produces, sells, and services products in the gravel, asphalt, and asphalt-recycling industries. BCI has completed projects primarily in the state of South Dakota, as well as North Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, and Minnesota. However, we focus mainly on Brookings and the surrounding communities.
