Dr. Rodney Kobliska was born in New Hampton and grew up in the Waterloo area. He attended McKinstry, Logan, East High, and proceeded to the University of Northern Iowa.
He then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA
