Rock Hard Concrete Recycling is a company formed to provide the market with the service of mobile, on site concrete and asphalt recycling. Our goal is to provide a high quality aggregate at competitive rates. With four DOT certified Aggregate Technicians on staff, quality is assured. We can test and certify multiple grades of products on site.
Utilizing the latest in crushing equipment we can serve as a custom crush operation or by using our strategic partners we can provide a complete demolition, tear out, load, crush, screen and transport operation.
Rock Hard Concrete Recycling is large enough to tackle large stockpiles and tear out projects yet mobile enough to need just one semi truck to move in and 30 minutes to setup, ready to start working for you.
We use track mounted impact crushers from PowerCrusher and Komatsu. Belt mounted scales provide accurate tracking of crushed weight. Supporting the crushers are track mounted screens which can be used to segregate product into specified grades. We can provide support equipment such as concrete breakers, excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and dump trucks to allow complete start to finish projects.
