Trisec Computer Services was founded in 1998 to meet user's home computer needs for solid computer equipment just as the internet was starting to take off. Over the course of the years, Trisec has provided both standardized and custom built home computers.
Our mission is simple: "To provide customers a single local point of contact where they are not forced to work with someone sitting on the other end of a phone off in never never land; and, where they can work with someone who understands just how frustrating it can be to use this thing called a computer that for whatever reason just doesn't want to cooperate."
Part of what we do is repair computers. More of what we do is run interference so you don't have struggle with certain things. Things like spend 45 minutes on hold with some overseas or out of town call center dealing with someone who doesn't have a choice but to follow the script they have been given. With the Advent of Panel Television Technology, Trisec has added Television Service and repair to our offerings. However, if you have an older CRT television you may want to contact our sister company.
