In 1993 Dan Newcomer founded Ground Control Irrigation with the goal of offering homeowners and commercial properties not just sprinkler systems, but a more water-efficient alternative to what was being sold. In fact, our systems typically save homeowners $100-$200 per year in water costs.
Most contractors lack the expertise to achieve such water savings. However, Dan Newcomer has over 25 years of experience, is an EPA WaterSense Partner, and is one of only ten existing Certified Irrigation Contractors in the cities of Omaha and Bellevue. He uses this knowledge of how water works in various soils and slopes to design each irrigation system accordingly, therefore giving it a true custom design.
Dan Newcomer designs and installs every one of our custom systems and is also a service technician. His commitment to those we serve has enabled Ground Control Irrigation to become one of Omaha’s most reputable irrigation specialists.
