We have been serving the Greater Omaha area since 1951. As a family owned business, we have seen many competitors come and go. We have steadily grown over the years by word of mouth while building upon our core values of friendly service, loyalty, integrity, and family.

Town & Country has been a fixture in the South O community since our founder Frank Skradski started the company in 1951. His son, John Skradski took over for his father in 1986 and, as the business grew, relocated it two more times within two blocks of his fathers original shop. We are now located off the Q and 25th streets at 5115 S. 25th Street in Omaha over-looking the Kennedy Freeway.

While the Skradski name and family tradition are inexorably intertwined with our history and will always be a part of who we are and what makes us great, we are a dynamic and forward thinking organization. Kim and Robin Hawley continue on with this great tradition and feel truly blessed to have a caring and professional staff who take pride in serving their customers.

We are one of the two largest Rheem Top Contractors in the state of Nebraska, but also offer quality products from Lennox and Goodman.
