To All Ottumwa Coaches Customers:
Hawkeye Stages is honored to have the opportunity to expand our operation into the southern Iowa and northern Missouri areas. We would like to thank Larry, Leroy, and the Ottumwa Coaches team for allowing this to happen beginning April 1, 2010. Ottumwa Coaches has provided excellent service since 1986 and we are pleased to combine their rich tradition with that of our own, one of providing quality transportation services over the past 50+ years. The newly added dispatch point in Ottumwa will be our sixth in the State of Iowa and should allow us the opportunity to more completely serve this portion of the Midwest.
Please rest assured that you will continue to receive the same high level of customer service you are accustomed to. You will still be able to travel with the professional drivers you are familiar with, while also having the opportunity to get to know some new ones. The coaches, as usual, will be well maintained, comfortable, and clean. And prices will remain at a level that will continue to make traveling by motorcoach a real value. Hawkeye Stages will honor all prices and terms of charter contracts already in place with Ottumwa Coaches. Charters departing on or after April 1, 2010 will be conducted and invoiced by Hawkeye Stages.
