Encountering God–Sunday Morning
Our Sunday morning service meets at our brand new facility in Coralville, located at 2205 East Grantview Drive, and lasts a little over an hour. We socialize, hear a message about the here-and-now relevance of God, and sing songs to God and about him. There’s always fun stuff for kids, and we serve coffee, OJ and bagels before and after the service gratis.
Encountering God–the Rest of the Week
While the Sunday service is (we like to think) great! most of our connecting with each other and with God happens in smaller groups throughout the week. These groups form around myriad themesparents of young children, children of young parents, singles, students, Bible studies, service projects, or just dinner and gamingbut they’re all meant to enable real encounter with Jesus and they’re all full of welcome for anyone who wants to visit.
Bringing the World Around us to Life
We are given to doing as much good as we can both close to home and around the world. We serve a whole array of organizations and people through our Hands on Faith (HoF) initiative and supporting these efforts is part of every Sunday service. We believe that whatever of value we’ve received is meant to be shared with the world.

There’s much more we say elsewhere about the values, beliefs, and distinguishing features of our community, but in the end, at the center of it all, is simply Jesus. We try to clear away the clutter that’s grown up around him so that we can see him as he is, on his terms. And in return we try to clear away the pretense from our lives so that he can interact with us as we really are.
