We have some exciting news to share at Backyard Rewards. It has been 5 years since our opening and thanks to all of you it has been a great opportunity! With all opportunities comes growth, and industry partners. For the last year we have been partnering with the Rec Room Plus in Urbandale to meet the patio needs of our customers. This summer marks our 5th year in our current location and we have the opportunity to move our retail operations to Urbandale with the Rec Room Plus. We feel, at this central location, we can more effectively meet the needs of all our supportive costumers. Our phone number and email contacts will be the same. Understanding some customers benefit from our Ankeny location for convenience, we will be offering free home delivery of spa & pool chemicals. Our service and warehousing will remain located in Ankeny as well. We would like to thank you in advance for your patience during this process.
