In our constant quest to improve our customer service and speed up our communications, we are relying more and more on the Internet and e-mail communications. We are able to send forms, applications, and other paperwork required by the underwriters (even copies of polices) to an e-mail address.Please make sure you have updated the e-mail address you want information sent to with our office!

You now have two choices Online or Paper…. see **NOTE**

To help reduce paperwork and increase the efficiency of quoting your Wings, Wheels and Water risks we have now added an online database.

This new database will allow you to provide us with the information necessary to quote your aircraft, boat, car or motorcycle. Using your e-mail and a secure password, you will be able to create a new account or update your existing information we have on file for your account. If you have any comments or problems, please contact us. As with any new systems, there is always the chance of a few “bugs” turning up. Your feedback would be appreciated.

For first time users, you will need to create an account and expect to receive an activation e-mail after you have set up your account.

If you have a “Spamblocker” software that prevents you from receiving this activation email, we will need to manually activate your account. Email or call our office at 1(800) 743-1439 for activation.

For current aviation policyholders with SkySmith, make sure that you go to “Renew Wings Policy”.
If you have quoted with SkySmith but are not a current policyholder, go to “Update Applications”.

Make sure to hit the submit button when you are done so the information is sent to us.

If you are looking for custom motorcycle insurance we will need this form completed FIRST “Request for Approval on Custom Assembled or State Assigned VIN Motorcycle”
