New Patient Visit

Upon your first visit with us, we will perform an Initial Oral Exam and take x-rays of each tooth.

Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. We will also take x-rays, for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of interproximal decay of posterior teeth.

We are conveniently located 1 block east of I-235 on Euclid in the Lee Town Center. We are located next to the Euclid Hy-Vee and across the street from Perkins Restaurant.
