1. We hold all local and state licenses required to complete your project. We don’t pay someone else to use their license or say we have one when we really don‘t. (yes, people do this) We have taken state and local licensing exams and have completed complex projects that prepare us for any situation.
2. We hire and train company employees. Our employees take test to become certified and most have many years of on-the-job experience.
3. We pay for appropriate insurance. We carry Worker’s Comp insurance on all of our employees as well as equipment, vehicle and general liability insurance. Many of the companies out there are under-insured or not even insured at all.
4. We don’t play pricing games. We understand the market and keep up on all of it’s changes. We are always aware of the cost involved to do your project the right way. We won’t sell you or ourselves short. We are committed to being in business for another 25 years and that means that pricing cannot be a game.
5. We examine ALL aspects of your roof. Many times our homeowners tell us that we pointed out something that the other roofing companies completely missed. Your roof is a system. If one aspect is not working correctly, it has to be addressed. Our goal is a LONG-TERM solution. It never makes sense to do something half-way.
