The Family Resource Center will strive to design and implement ongoing programs which motivate, educate, and assist program participants to attain goals of self-sufficiency and maximum independence while integrating community support.

The employees of the Family Resource Center, including the administration and the Board of Directors shall regard this mission to keep children and dependent adults safe and nurtured as their foremost duty and concern.
