We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality chiropractic care available. Many factors combine to influence an individuals level of health. As a result, your first visit is primarily dedicated to gathering information that will help us determine the nature of your problem. Upon arrival to our clinic, you will receive an office tour and introduction to our staff and Doctor. Our goal is to exceed your expectations of health care.

CASE HISTORY/EXAMINATION
Once all paper work is completed, Dr. Havertape will begin with a thorough examination and will assess your areas of concern, as well as carefully considering your health history. The examination is designed to help the doctor locate the cause of your problem, rule out potential problems and determine the need for any diagnostic imaging that may be necessary.

Your case history and examination findings help establish the need for x-rays or other forms of diagnostic imaging. While not every patient needs imaging studies, valuable information concerning the history of your spinal health, pathologies, and structural integrity can be used to guide your doctor in creating a treatment program based on your unique problem. Our clinic is set up with our own x-ray facility.

If it is determined that your condition is likely to respond to chiropractic treatment, we will make preliminary recommendations for care. Whenever possible, our goal is to offer patients in pain some form of treatment on their first visit. A complete report of our findings and treatment recommendations are typically provided on your second visit to our office. Based on the analysis of your initial examination, your treatment may consist of chiropractic adjustments, therapies and rehabilitation. Your care will be tailored to your specific needs. If yours is not a chiropractic case, a recommendation for an appropriate referral will be made at this time.
