Our TKD program has over 100 active Black belts, and is taught in the traditional way. Classes consist of all belt levels with training by Black Belts. With over 15 branch schools around Central Iowa, there's sure to be one close to your location.
New Grappling class available taught by Ronnie "Warfrog" Britt who has taught some of the UFC greats!

November 13 - Martial Arts America Fall Invitational Tae Kwon Do Tournament in Ankeny.
Get your new sweatshirts ordered for the fall. Pick out a color and size in a crew neck or hooded sweatshirt.
Hooded sweatshirts are $25, xxlg $29. Crew necks are $21, xxlg $25.

WE WILL NOT HAVE CLASSES FRIDAY THE 12TH AND SATURDAY THE 13TH OF NOVEMBER BECAUSE WE WILL BE SETTING UP FOR THE TOURNAMENT.
SUNDAY FORMS CLASS FOR BROWN AND BLACK BELTS
I will have classes EVERY SUNDAY at 2:00 throughout the fall and winter months.
We will work on forms, one steps and self defense to get people ready to test for their black belts. Sharpen up your stances, work on creating power, and make sure your forms and one steps are done accurately.
