There are five divisions that comprise The Conley Group, Inc. operations: security, personnel testing and assessments, training, consulting and investigations. We hope you enjoy your tour.
Our Security Division provides professional private security services. We have helped many businesses and governmental agencies with their security and risk management problems and security concerns. Our primary focus is crime prevention, liability exposure, property losses, workplace violence prevention and response, disaster planning and response, employee safety, and preventing OSHA violations. Our typical customer is one who wants and needs a "higher than normal" caliber of security officer. Our security officers must meet rigorous employment and training standards and must complete the Certified Protection Officer certification program.
The Profiles Division provides pre and post employment testing assessment solutions to businesses and governmental agencies alike. We typically help organizations who are experiencing employee problems involving low employee productivity, high employee turnover and some want to deal with or better yet avert employee lawsuits and EEOC complaints. We help our customers screen out those applicants who are lazy, who have the propensity to steal, not come to work, quit without notice, or abuse drugs and help them select the right people who are a good match for their jobs. Ultimately, this saves our customers a lot of money while their people problems and liability exposure are dramatically reduced.
The Training Division focuses on providing people with critical skills they need to be successful in their jobs. To be successful, employees must possess a combination of technical skills and "people" skills to be successful and optimize their value to the organization. While most organizations provide adequate training for their people in the technical area, often the people skills needed are not provided. Most often, organizations simply do not possess the capabilities necessary to provide employees with this training. Our focus is providing people "soft skill" training skill sets in the areas of effective leadership, customer service, proper etiquette, team building and emotional intelligence enhancement. Also we administer training and testing for a professional security certification program.
The Consulting Division provides corporations, small businesses, nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies with consulting services. Typically, we focus on helping organizations in the areas of operational efficiency, security and risk management, workplace violence prevention and response, human resources and specialized problem areas.
Our Investigation Division focuses on helping organizations deal with a number of employee-related problems and issues. The solutions we provide include us placing a covert agent in the customer's workforce as an employee to uncover employee theft, employee drug use and drug dealing, to conduct supervisory audits, and to uncover other profit-robbing activities that can and do occur in the workplace. We also provide overt investigative support to businesses and governmental organizations alike. Typically, we assist in investigating employee lawsuits and EEOC Complaints. Using a professional investigative source provides management with a report that contains independently gathered facts, which dramatically enhances credibility and enables them to make an informed decision about a course of action in a particular matter.
