Quality Controlled Staffing (QCS) was founded on January 1, 2000 as a locally owned and operated firm incorporated in Iowa. QCS has had significant growth each and every year since opening in 2000. Lead by Robert Eckermann, Owner and President, the company has established a reputation for fair and equal treatment of its employees and quality service to its clients. QCS offers a full range of services including employee leasing, staffing, testing and consulting from our Northwest Bank Tower offices in Bettendorf, Iowa.
